Our Story
Bishop Theo White
Bishop Theo White was born in Morehead, North Carolina, but raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. Bishop Theo White gave his life to Christ and was baptized at the age of 16. He graduated from Hall High School in 1994. Bishop Theo White enlisted into the United States Army in 1996. After completing his initial entry training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, Bishop Theo White served 10 years in the United States Army. In 2004, Bishop Theo rededicated his life back to Christ and accepted his calling into the ministry under the late Apostle Towanda Armstrong. Bishop Theo White has a servant’s heart and is a faithful laborer in God’s Vineyard. Bishop Theo was ordained as deacon of Powerhouse of Praise & Deliverance in 2011. Bishop Theo received his Ministerial license and was ordained as Youth Pastor June 12, 2018 during the Holy Convocation of Powerhouse of Praise and deliverance by Archbishop Brian Long and Apostle Towanda Armstrong. On July 17, 2021, he was elevated to Bishop during the Holy Convocation of Powerhouse of Praise and deliverance by Archbishop Brian Long and Apostle Towanda Armstrong where he was the overseer for the Media Ministry, Youth Ministry and Dance Team Ministry. Bishop Theo answered the call to start his ministry, Consuming Fire Worship Ministries and launched it April 21, 2024. Bishop Theo’s God inspired vision is to serve humanity as he follows the Holy Spirit. His passion, motivation and focus are at the foundation of the Consuming Fire Worship Ministries Mission statement, "To reveal Gods love to the community. To connect with God and help connect others with God. Deepening and developing Gods chosen people to spiritual leadership. Supporting and initiating viable church planting partnerships.” God has anointed Bishop Theo for such a time as this.

First Lady Rhonda White
First Lady Rhonda White was born and raised here in Hardin County, Kentucky. She graduated from North Hardin High School in 2000. First Lady Rhonda gave her life to Christ March 23, 2013 where she served in Children’s Ministry, cooked for Wednesday Night Youth Groups and cleaned the church. On June 29, 2019 Lady Rhonda received her Ministerial License by Archbishop Brian Long and Apostle Towanda Armstrong during the Holy Convocation of Powerhouse of Praise and deliverance. On July 17, 2021, Lady Rhonda was ordained Deaconess by Archbishop Brian Long and Apostle Towanda Armstrong during the Holy Convocation of Powerhouse of Praise and deliverance. Lady Rhonda was also a part of the Praise Team, Hospitality Ministry & on the Intercessory Team. First Lady Rhonda has a heart for the lost and would love to share her testimony to everyone to let them know that they are not alone. Bishop Theo and First Lady Rhonda White has a blended family and are the proud parents of 4 children and 3 adult children.
